The area of Seokpo-ri, Samsan-myeon, was developed as a complex experience place for village by providing rural view and fishing and as a convenient space for tourists, and as a major base project, landscape maintenance and rest areas were conducted at Narutburi Pier.
Haemiji is a rural and fishing village project in Seokmodo Narutburi Port, which means a place where the taste and beauty of the sea and land harmonize.
The design represents the meaning of Haemiji as an image of the land (yellow) and the sea (blue) by a blue circle symbolizing harmony.

삼산면 석포리 일원은 농어촌 복합체험마을 및 관광객 편의제공 공간으로 조성하는 한편 주요 거점 사업으로 나룻부리 선착장에 경관정비 및 휴게공간을 조성하는 장터사업을 했다.
해미지는 바다(海)와 땅(地)의 맛(味)과 아름다움(美)이 어우러지는 곳을 의미하는 석모도 나룻부리항 농어촌복합체험 마을 프로젝트이다.
디자인 방향은 조화를 상징하는 푸른 원안에 땅(노란색)과 바다(푸른색)가 어우러져 해미지의 뜻을 이미지로 나타내었고 잠자는 얼굴 형태의 로고는 석포리에서 편히 쉬어가라는 의미를 담았다.
